Check-in: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM

Late check-in is available if you notify us in advance. Early check-in or late check-out may be available by prior arrangement.

Parking

Free parking is available with one spot per reservation in the general lot. You can drive to your site to unload, then return your vehicle to the parking lot — vehicles cannot remain at individual accommodation sites overnight.

Pet Policy

Rancho Moonrise welcomes well-behaved dogs with the following conditions:

• Additional fee of $50 per stay
• Maximum of 1 dog per reservation
• 60 lb weight limit
• Dogs must remain on a maximum 6-foot leash under owner supervision at all times
• Dogs cannot be left unattended in accommodations under any circumstances
• Owners must clean up waste promptly using provided bags at relief stations
• Any damage caused by pets will result in repair or replacement charges to the guest's card on file
• Management reserves the right to require guests with dangerous, harmful, or disruptive dogs to relocate
• Guests arriving with unauthorized dogs may be denied accommodations

Noise Curfew

Quiet hours begin at 9:30 PM. Rancho Moonrise is a shared property with families, couples, and other guests. Please be respectful of noise levels after curfew.

Fire Pits

Fire pits are available throughout the property. Fires must be extinguished by midnight. Fire pit use is subject to any active Travis County fire bans. Firewood is available for purchase at The Lodge.

Leave No Trace

Guests must remove all garbage from their sleeping areas. Rancho Moonrise practices Leave No Trace principles. Any cleanup required by staff will incur a $300 cleaning fee.

Alcohol Policy

No outside alcohol is allowed at Rancho Moonrise. Beer, wine, and other beverages are available for purchase at the on-site Lodge.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if canceled within 5 days of booking. No refunds for inclement weather. Please contact us directly for specific cancellation questions.

Working Ranch

Rancho Moonrise is a working ranch with livestock and wildlife present on the property. No hunting is allowed. Please be mindful of animals and follow all posted guidelines during your stay.

Pool & Spa

The pool and spa are available to all overnight guests and private event bookings. Pool closes at dusk. Towels are provided in your room or at the front desk. No lifeguard is on duty. Swim at your own risk.
